  1. Butter is magical, and ghee adds a delightful taste to any food. I do eat butter in slices sometimes, and when I melt it - in small amounts - I scoop off the foam and eat it. It has a sweet taste. I came across this blog and how to make proper ghee, and had to share it. Enjoy!
